Refund Policy

Return Window

At Devamrut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and seals intact
  • For perishable items: returned within 2 days if defective

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Return Process

  1. Contact support at returns@devamrut.com with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack item securely and ship to us
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@devamrut.com with photos. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
